We are starting the Jewish life cycle in our Jewish Studies class. We’re currently talking about the process and customs of naming a Jewish child. You have been assigned the task of conducting an interview with your parents/family members. The goal of this activity is for you to learn about your family history and name. Students are asked to engage with their families in a discussion about their family background as we begin our journey through the Jewish life cycle.
